Neeraj is an Operations, Strategy and Marketing professional with 17 years of experience across the healthcare, advertising and e-commerce sectors. He started his career with an entrepreneurial venture ‘Blitzkrieg’ that dealt with ophthalmic healthcare and surgery products; and moved on to advertising for a few years. Neeraj is currently in the B2C e-commerce space with uRead.com, which which sells books on its own website, as well as has strategic associations with marketplace platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Since its inception in 2010, he has been a part of the core management team driving the business and strategy, and has been instrumental in building infrastructure, teams and processes and executing full life-cycle operations towards a scalable model in the dynamic and deadline-driven e-commerce environment.

Swearing by the Ogilvy credo – ‘The customer is not a moron. She’s your wife’, Neeraj believes in taking the profession forward and grow the ecosystem which has a huge potential for exponential growth across the vast Indian landscape.

Neeraj is also a drummer, with ‘Distill’, a Delhi based hard rock band with a grungy crust.
