Rajesh “RJ” Jog is Chairman & Managing Partner of Waygate Capital which he founded in 1994 as India’s pioneering venture banking initiative.He has a BE from Mangalore University, an MSEE from SUNY, Stony Brook and a MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University and HEC, France. RJ was with Bankers Trust as an investment banker in New York. Prior to his long and illustrious career in financial services, RJ spent several years in the high tech industry at AT&T Bell Labs and Cyber Digital. RJ has extensive experience in nurturing start-ups and established companies alike and currently serves on several private and public institution Boards.
