A partner at Rajpal & Sons, Meera Johri is an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and began her career as a marketing consultant to prominent public limited companies. In the 20 years that she has been at Rajpal & Sons, she has developed a range of multi-lingual dictionaries that are today one of the top selling dictionaries in the country. She widened the scope of publishing from only Hindi, to Hindi and English, and set up an infrastructure for selling language rights of books to overseas and regional Indian publishers; and has established a vibrant translation publishing programme of authors of global and national acclaim.
