Mr. K. Srinivas is the Asst. Vice President and Publisher based in Pearson Education’s New Delhi office, where he heads the editorial team of the Higher Education & Professional division for the Indian sub-continent including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Maldives. In addition to this he is the business head for digital products and solutions for Pearson Education in the Indian sub-continent.
Mr. Srinivas leverages his deep understanding of the Higher Education and Professional Education market in the Indian sub-continent and the deep relationships he has built within the industry. As a member of the Managing Committee of Pearson Education, the highest decision-making body that plays a crucial role in day to day functioning of the company and gives strategic directions.
Mr. Srinivas has over the years played a key role in the growth and expansion of Pearson Education in India that range from establishing offices in Chennai and Chandigarh; Pearson’s entry into the three year under graduate programs of BA, BSc, BCom and BEd through its product launches; Pearson’s entry in digital products and solutions space through the launch of eBooks, eLearning, Learning Management Solutions and Content Management Solutions.
Mr. Srinivas is considered one of the most influential people in the educational publishing field in India. He is an Electronics and Communications engineer from Visvesvaraya Technological University; Belgaum.
