Jibin C Thomas is the Co-founder of GreatMinds Media Solutions Pvt Ltd, a Bangalore based ePublishing Solutions Company that develops mobile and desktop ePublishing software platforms and tools for English and Indian Languages. A graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering from University of Calicut, he comes with over 16 years of industry experience in delivering technology solutions for Media & Entertainment and few other Industries.
He has a keen interest in understanding how technology can be an enabler in transforming content and explores ways to make content available in the hands of readers in more effective and innovative ways. At GreatMinds, he is deeply involved in developing strategy and is instrumental in the setting up of development framework, processes, methods and tools. Under his leadership, GreatMinds team has developed software that significantly reduces the turnaround time for creating eBooks and applications.
Prior to venturing on entrepreneurial journey, he had an illustrious career with IBM for over 13 years and with CGI for 3 years. Developing people and teams are his passion and he performed key roles while at IBM in working with Universities and Educational Institutions to bring technical education curriculum for Continuing Education Programs (CEP) relevant to Industry needs.
Jibin lives in Bangalore with his wife and 2 young children.
